ABOUT REGISTRATION

  • How to buy tickets?
    Please visit Registration for instructions.
  • Can I request a refund?
    No, the tickets are non-refundable.
  • Who shall I contact if I have registration issues?
  • When can I know my seat number?
    We will tell you your seat number when you register.

ABOUT SHOW

  • What time should I arrive at the venue and register?
    Arriving at the venue for half an hour earlier is suggested.
  • Will it be hard to understand the performances if I am not a magician?
    No, we welcome everyone who is interested in magic to watch our show!
  • When can we enter the auditorium? Does the show have intermission?
    Entry will open 10-20 minutes prior to the show. There will be a 10-minute intermission in the competition. However, there will be no intermission during the gala shows. Please visit Timetable for additional information.
  • Can I watch the show if I'm late?
    Latecomers or anyone leaving the performance in session will have to wait until the proper break to be readmitted. There might be no readmission chance in some performances.
  • Can I take pictures, videos or eat in the auditorium?
    Smoking, eating, drinking, taking pictures and recordingare NOT permitted in the auditorium. In order to maintain order and safety, and to ensure the quality of your visit, the following articles are prohibited:
    • Illegal articles (guns, bullets, explosives and other such items).
    • Poisonous radioactive articles, any chemical preparation that could harm living organisms, poisons of any kind, inflammables, and articles that are a danger to public health.
    • Bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, in-line skates, or other such articles.
    • Any shape or form of dangerous article (sharp weapons, fireworks, gas bottles / tanks, alcohol--including any alcoholic beverages--and other such articles).

  • Are cellphones allowed during performance?
    To prevent interrupting the performers, and to ensure the quality of the show, please put your cellphone and other wireless devices on mute or vibrate. Please visit Registration for additional information.
  • How long will the show be?
    The show will be around 2 hours with an average of 10 minutes for each performer. The exact time will vary due to the number of performers in the show. Please visit Timetable for additional information.

OTHERS

  • When will the next TMA convention be held?
    Please wait for TMA to announce.
  • Are there smoking areas in the venue?
    Smoking is totally prohibited at the venue. Transgressors will be dealt with under the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act". Please visit Registration for additional information.
