- The number of people
- Each person's name, email address and phone number
- Flight information: TMA will arrange pickup for you if necessary.
- Hotel: TMA will arrange your room during the convention if necessary.

AUDIENCE INFORMATION
- We will automatically cancel the booking if we didn’t receive your payment before 23:59 of the date you booked your tickets.
- You CANNOT request a refund after you have completed payment.
- TMA has the right to adjust the seats.
- Patrons should be neatly dressed and must display their identification card upon entry.
- Please keep the identification card safe. Lost or damaged tickets can NOT be reissued or replaced.
- All patrons must follow all the rules set by the TMA. Any patron displaying disruptive behavior will be asked to leave.
- Smoking, eating and drinking are NOT permitted in the auditorium.
- Smoking is totally prohibited at the venue. Transgressors will be dealt with under the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act".
- In order to maintain order and safety, and to ensure the quality of your visit, the following articles are prohibited from the venue:
- Illegal articles (guns, bullets, explosives and other such items).
- Poisonous radioactive articles, any chemical preparation that could harm living organisms, poisons of any kind, inflammables, and articles that are a danger to public health.
- Bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, in-line skates, or other such articles.
- Any shape or form of dangerous article (sharp weapons, fireworks, gas bottles / tanks, alcohol--including any alcoholic beverages--and other such articles).
- Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited. (Including the curtain calls)
- As a courtesy to other patrons, please refrain from talking or changing seats during the performance. In an emergency situation which requires a patron to exit the facilities, please avoid disrupting the performance and other patrons.
- Late seating
Latecomers or anyone leaving the performance in session will have to wait until the proper break to be readmitted. There might be no readmission chance in some performances. - Presenting flowers following the performance
For safety reasons, performers are NOT permitted to accept bouquets directly from the audience on stage. Flowers may be presented to an usher who deliver them to the intended party. - Please keep your personal valuables safe so that they are not lost.
- Violations of any of the TMA`s rules will result in a warning. Further violations will be handled according to the regulations of the TMA.
- You may NOT hand out flyers or conduct any other business, political, or religious activities at the venue.
- The TMA reserves the right to change the content of any program.
